We filed our first set of customer accounts in 2010, and today support growing businesses with all wild-and-wonderful challenges standing in the way of their own vision.

Michael
Managing Director

I created Woodville in 2010. Starting locally in Chorley, I grew my network of customers around the North West using flyers and word-of-mouth – techniques from my previous life as a DJ.

Now in 2020, I believe in business improvement. My office bookshelf grows each month with business and tax books. I practice what I preach, I continue to develop my business in the same way that Woodville supports businesses to grow and realise their potential.

Office Manager

Responsible for ensuring clients are onboarded efficiently and the smooth running of the office.

I joined Woodville in 2014. Having predominantly worked in the customer service sector, my passion lies in the customer journey and ensuring we provide the best service possible for all our clients.

The accountancy industry has significantly changed even just in the time I have started, with everything now online it’s great to have such an agile working environment. This has allowed me to go full time and balance having young children around work.

Responsible for client’s year end accounts and self assessment tax returns.

I like to get our customers in order with their accounts and tax returns ensuring a smooth process when it comes to year end.

Accounts

Responsible for ensuring client’s books are in order ready to be reviewed.

I joined Woodvilke in 2016 whilst starting my AAT Level 3 at Preston. I have since completed AAT Level 4 and progressed from looking after payroll and VAT to assisting with the completion of accounts.

VAT / Cloud Accounting Manager

Responsible for our cloud accounting experience and client’s vat returns.

I joined the team in Jan 2020, I have 20 years experience within the accounting practice, primarily in the retail industry. I work full time as well as being a mum to two young children.

I’m looking forward to gaining more experience in different industries and helping business owners see the benefits of cloud accounting.

I love delivering 121 training sessions with our clients on QuickBooks Online, making sure they get to grips with Making Tax Digital.

Payroll Administrator

Responsible for the whole payroll journey for our clients, from setting up schemes to ensuring that submissions are sent in on time and all your queries are dealt with efficiently.

Admin Assistant

Responsible for a wide range of admin tasks from ensuring new customers receive a quality onboarding process, to preparing KPI reports for Woodville, filing confirmation statements, assisting with Michael’s diary, and much more.
